Quick question before i head off to beddy bye. After I smashed up front end in a wreck, I decided to get new headlights. I decided on the ebay projectors with the black housings (cause my 05 is black and I thought it would match up pretty nice like).

The good is that they fit right in and look pretty good. The bad is that the lights are all different fricken colors...

The actual headlight shines a crappy yellow white.
The halos and the three side bulbs are UNC blue.
The turn signals are amber.

Not a big fan of rainbow headlights, so can tell me if its possible to get all the bulbs the same color? Like anyone know the bulb numbers so I can change them out?

 

well im pretty sure that ur turn signals HAVE to be Amber(yellow) so i dont think we can help you there unless you like getting tickets..... as for the reg. headlights you are gonna have to get HIDs to get the bluish tint to the headlights so yea... thats about all there is to it

 

I agree. there... your stock lights emit a yellow tint out.... upgrade to a HID kit, or PIAA Extreme White bulbs that will fit the houseing... That should get rid of the yellow...

 

sylvania silverstars have more of a white beam if i'm not mistaken. i have some new in a box but haven't put them in yet

 

oh i never used them before... went from PIAA extremes to HID kit....

 

silverstars r nice, is there a way to change the blue halos?? like to a red for instance, or green or whatever... i dont have them but was just wonderin???

 

There might be. Yesterday scrolling through ebay i saw an action for just halo's. Whether they fit over where the stock 1 is , idk but the did come in about 4 different colors.

 

i think if i ever put neon underbodys on my car i dont want a blue halo??? ya know??? if i could get a red set that may be cool if i could get a red underbody??? it was just a thought...... lol

 

i'm pretty positive you can change the color of the halos and side LEDs. All you would have to do is get the proper LED size for them. Whether its legal or not is another story. Red would look good on my car lol good idea! I don't want to risk a ticket though

 

If I mikey gets rid of his halos I want them and if I do get his I will use my hid bulbs and my new modern chrome hyper white turns and sides . Im actually liken the halos more and more just like the lip kit when I was seeing it on a few rides on here.
