i do this also, but i just pull over on the side and see if he stops too. you are not guilty until the lights flash.

 

wait..... this is what i used to do. now that i shave and act likean adult most of the time i dont get hassled.

 

i dont ever do anything wrong in my town, and they just see a nice car and have nothing else better to do..... all that gets attention on my car is the rfl.... but what cops do not understand is that i take it to the track for my racing, but i think they think i turboed my car to go fast on the street, and that is WRONG, i built it to go to the track, and it is fun to drive down main street and have the bov go off,,,

 

well as crappy as it is to us, its good that cops do follow cars around that fit the "tuner" profile. even though i know i dont speed or do anything stupid, there are plenty of kids in cars like ours that do so just think that for every time you get followed, there are also times when punk kids get followed and stopped from putting other peoples lives at risk

 

If a cop pulled me over for accelerating from a stop to the speed limit too fast, id probably just laugh and say "Officer its a neon, how can it be going fast??"

 

and then youll **** him off and have an even bigger ticket lol

 

I got a ticket for accelerating to fast in my camaro once. The cop said he could have written me up for reckless driving but he was being nice and wrote me up for careless driving.Which I will admit I did acceleratefast so I sucked it up and paid the ticket.If a cop starts following me I usually turn off, if he follows I pull over in some parking lot. If he pulls over with me I would just make a phone call and say I had to pull over to take this call. I have never had a cop pull over after I have though.

 

My buddy and I got pulled over as we were pulling into work, it was at the time everyone else was coming in. So, there was a line of about 10 cars in the road, because the cop was blocking the enterance to the parking lot.

When he knows you "KNOW" who he is they seem to give up quicker at least if your friendly.

Had one tailgate me once and I'd speed up just a touch and then he'd crawl up my butt again, well after several round I just ran right through the turn off at apparently 75MPH in what essentially was a GEO Metro (90 Suzuki Swift). Well it had the wrong tires so I had started off on the slow side (Heck was getting passed regularly while in the slow lane when this started) and creaped up way too fast. Well lucky for me I had the reciept for my NEW 3 day old tires and my Correct OEM tires for the car. It was like the only car running that size so it had to be special ordered and they were still like $80 ea. in '93 so OUCH!!!. So anyway he pulled me over when he thought I was going to flip it (Had the swaybar custom mounted from the GT (Yes they did not have all the bar bushing mount points) and my passenger said really, he did not even slide or bark a tire....

Well after a discussion about his riding MY Tush and is partner saying told you were too close (OOOPPPSSS!!!!) they let me go back to my base (Was in the Navy) and had a good laugh ever since.

 

this guy wasn't just driving around he was actually following me, it was just obvious. I have nothing to be paranoid about I just know how cops can be and they sometimes will find any excuse to pull you over.
