Don't do it man...just get a 60mm. It'll be a freaking 100% bolt up and you won't regret it.

They have a good resale value too

i agree 100% here just buy or have one made that is 55mm.... if you do the calculatons 55mm is the size TB that will create the MOST gains for our lil 2L SOHC engines....

55mm would be perfect, makes me wonder why they even made the 60mm since on most '03-'05's you get a code if you plug one up to your intake. My stock TB on my '05 is 52mm but the dang thing is PLASTIC and that's what really gets me. I'd love a 55mm billet TB for my car. Does anyone still make em'?

Im on a tight buget, so I was figuring the jeep or stang tb would be the cheapest. I know I can't afford the mpx right now. How much would it cost to have one made and who would I go to?

im pretty sure that all TBs on the 2nd gen neons taper down to 49mm but i might be wrong..? lol anyways 55mm is perfect for stock internals you may need the 60mm if you want a turbo or nitrous or some serious block work or something.... anyways it should all be good

as for being on a tight budget.... trust me man i know the feeling lol... anyways if you wanted to get one made you would have to find a machine shop that specializes in making engine components.... they will need to have a CNC mill and Lathe so it is def not gonna be cheap unless you know how to program for CNC... your best best is to see if a machine shop can bore your stock TB out to 55mm all the way through and make a new TB plate that will fit in there perfectly.... that would be the cheapest way...not the easiest however. the easiest would be to save your pennies and buy one from Modern

I may just save my money, but I'll talk to a few shops and see what they can do.
btw I went to the junkyard today and found something that may catch your eye.

I don't even have hubcaps anymore, I got pushed off the road by a tractor trailer and blew a tire, plus shattered two of my hubcaps, so I have been rockin steelies for along time, which is another thing I need.
