With a name like tony santos, your gonna tell me your not Portuguese? I went to school with a few santos, back when i lived in the 508. And BTW, i'm proud to rock the green and red!

 

Cam and bump the DCR to 8.5:1. You can port and polish also with the head off. It's money well spent.

 

i spent 1500 on a port and polish, bigger cam, valves, valve springs, and three angle valve job.... it was about 900 in parts.... just to get u an estiment....

and turbo set up was about 3000...

 

Okay so turbo is cheaper than N/A I want to keep it an auto 3spd.

 

Change your transfer gears.

 

How would you do that?

 

The only way your getting off the line quicker, assuming you have a MTX, is a good set of slicks, strong axels, and a strong clutch that can handle 4k drops.

Without that you will be lucky to get a sub 2 second 60' time... I was able to pull a 2.0 60' with a set of Falcon Azenis at 18psi. Otherwise i averaged about a 2.2.
