I can not believe how much crap I'm getting from the cops about this car... They seem to go out of their way everytime to pull me over... I swear I've been pulled over about 4 times in the last 2 months. Might switch back to some other kind of exhaust or something. I'm never even on the gas when I go by them and they freakin come get me. And now with the tint, that just makes their day... I LOVE MY TINT!!! I may just take the tint off the front and passenger side windows and leave the rest on? I have the srt exhaust with the resonaters, does adding the glasspack in there instead of those quiet it down more???



And now I'm really debating on whether to lower the car or not (just saved up the money to order everything), that'll attract even more attention from the piggies!

lol....I <3 Louisiana. Cops around here dont give a damn about stuff like that. People ride around here with 5% tint on all windows, loud exhaust, my tails are tinted, dark, and never get pulled over for it.

Only thing i have a friend who got stopped for loud stereo, and only cause he drove right pass the cop with his windows down and stereo blasting...

 

I have the same exhaust set up and I've gone by a bunch of cops, even lined up with one at a light and they haven't said boo about it. Thats all my car has though, so maybe the combo of exhaust, tint, and rims makes them pull you over.

it's harssment, I would still have everything my car. That's unless you do somthing to them. When i first bought my car they did the same thing, but i was the first one to have a car like in town. They track me for a while, but i kept it calm. Check you towns legal laws about your car and stay within that range!

 

I have the same harrasment by the cops around where I live . Mines the only neon and srt4 that is modded . Mines dark with dark tinted windows and the srt exhaust they just follow me and turn off when they feel like it. Yeah replace your resanators with a 25inch or more glasspack and youll be set no more being bugged by the cops about your exhaust and take off your tint on your front windows and they will be happy. I hate maken cops happy.

 

Well douglas, i have my rims, loud stereo and exhaust along with tinted windows, and i don't get bugged by the cops

 

Lined up with a statey tonight, he waited for me to go then got behind me and followed me home. The car isn't loud if I go easy on the gas, as long as I keep it under 2500 rpms.

amazingly i have never been pulled over yet, eventhough my car has all of those reasons listed except for window tint's.
I've been followed and stared at by the cops but they never could "pin"me for anything.
