ok well im pretty good with spray paint so ill try that ... i wish i could afford to powder coat them or chrome dip them but a couple cans of spray paint is my price level
ok. check this out. do it yourself project. go to the store and get yourself like four cans of duplicolor "gloss black engine enamel paint". or whatever color you prefer. just as long as its a high temp engine enamel paint. do one wheel at a time buy removing the wheel from the car, scrub the rim pretty good to get all the grease and grime off of them. sand with a 200 grit paper to scuff the rim up a bit. cover your tire up with newspaper or something that wont bleed through. spray the rim with light coats, let each coat of paint sit for a few mins before applying the next coat. apply 7-8 coats for each rim. DONE! for an added look, put some chrome lug nuts on to dress it up a bit. the rims can be washed as normal without problems. good luck.
