man how was da cam install? i want to install my mag cam but i think im not capable of doing it
The cam install was a bit of a b!tch!!! I have a whole slew of pictures I can post up and a project log (i posted for friends on a seperate forum). It will take a day to a couple of days to do. You practically need to take apart half the engine bay just to freaking get to the cam gear. What I did, was cut a decent sized portion out of the belt cover and attatched some clips so it would clip on and off. This is so next time I need to anything with the belts or the cam gear (like adjust timing), I dont have to take apart half the engine bay again!!!

Awesome thread, those pictures look soooo clear... Great work on the car so far!
Thanks man! Put a lot of time in the car and in taking the pictures.

Anywho. Update. I decided to fiddle around with the turbo and such today and begin mocking up and putting on parts.

As I said before, I purchased 2 different turbo's and manifolds. The higher mileage turbo had a mopar blow off valve(plate) and oil lines, so I swapped the blow off valve(plate) over to my newer turbo and I am going to sit down and do the oil lines and such tomorrow. I also hooked up the wastegate and started looking at how the mattdog adapter plate will sit. (THIS IS A MOCK UP)...

I also decided to mock up some other parts...

I also began to run the wires for the gauges and I have a tri-gauge pillar in now...

I don't know why I took a picture of these, but I did. The Air/Fuel currently is wired up

~~~*EDIT*~~~
The Mustang in the background is my dads 2003 Mach1. V8, My dad's baby.
My Little Neon is be-littled in all aspects. Last recent check... 0-60 in his Mach 1, with mods, is just hovering at 5 seconds at 7500 FT (NOT BAD FOR ELEVATION on a N/A CAR!!). Mine, At sea level... last time I checked was around 8 seconds after my Cam.
Basically just a basic intake and cam. The header and muffler are crap for performance[8D]
