in other words you get deferred adjudication by saying you will take defensive driving. Taking defensive driving will keep your ticket off your record so that your insurance company doesnt see it. Thus yer insurance wont go up. the class is like 6 hours or somethin.
haha that class effing sucks.. i had to take it to keep the ticket i got for my wreck from going on my record (cause i haven't been pulled over... ever :P) but yea.. drunk driving and stupid other ****.. i hate that class

dude when you turn 18 you get 12 points instead of 6 so as far as insurance they should keep a 3 year record.i have 5 speeding tickets in the past 2 years and my insurance is 280.00 a month and im on probation for 2 years.so if i was you consider yourself fine.
