Take his tips! When I did mine it took me forever because people were telling me to cut and stuff. I didn't know what to cut because I couldn't see. Then I wasn't sure how far the thing had to go in and...wow, it sucked.

You just need to tighten them, and give them 2-3"oh *****" or grunts.

But, be sure to use LOCTITE!! If you don't it might vibrate/ work itself out...

My inserts came with loctite. I don't know if yours did or not.

i ordered those prothane motor mount, and a set of upper and lower engine mounts, when i put the inserts, i had to cut little pieces of it, and also the left over rubber in the engine mount. But after installing everything, my car started shaking like a mixer. I wopuld stop on a red light and the engine will sit idle on gear, and started shaking like crazy. I had to put everything apart again, took aout the motor mounts, and now the engine feels smooth, it only shakes when i start the engine, and thats it. I don't recommend the prothane mounts, it makes the engine to rigid, it looks like is going to breake or something, plus my steering column would shake as much as the car when idle.
