i want to get this starter turbo to put on my 2004 sxt neon.

it seems like it comes with everything neccessary to hook it up except the bigger down pipe and turbo exhaust manifold.

anyone who knows about turbo..can u give me a list of other things ill need to buy in order to tune it rite ?

keep in mind my neon is stock and i only want a little bit of boost to get me going faster for now until i do more engine mods.

just some advice dont buy it, just save up for a hahn or do a srt4 turbo project.

 

i agree that turbo will most likely blow your motor..... its bigger than the SRT4 turbo wayyy bigger its bigger than the 50 trim that you put on an SRT4 i think so it wont go over too well... just save ur $ and do the swap you were talkin about....

well what if i take the turbo from a srt-4 what all would i wanna use ?

 

i would not buy anything turbo related from ebay, UNLESS it is brand name.... greddy, turbo xs, exc...... i had some issues with a turbo kit i installed on an eclipse, i spent more time at the hardware store because of no fittings and wrong fittings... almost EVERYTHING was not the right thing, and it was suposubly forthe gen eclipse and the 420a that the eclipse had..... DONT DO IT!!!!!!!

get an exhaust and intake... build your car up instead of starting from the top lol

 

i already have an intake and a exhaust with new headers.

 

then stop now and find a new platform to build on
