srt rear disk brake setup



short block BUILT 2.0 engine...... perfering low compression pistons and rods......



i figured i would post to see if anyone out there has or knows were to get them from?????????

i am just posting to try to save money so lets see if u guys can help me out once again.....

 

Well if i find the brake setupon ebay for less than 150 bucks i will let you know, like last time.

 

just might be cheaper to find a reg neon rear disc set up or a R/T disc set which is the same as an SRT-4 rear disc.

 

alrgiht, does anyone know if the brakes from the first gen neons are the same as the rears for our sec gen????? i can check brake pad numbers tomorrow, along with caliper and rotor numbers, but i can not get spindles, soooooo???????????????????????? r the spindles the same from first to sec gen???

 

I think that they are different.. from 1gn to 2gn... my buddies took up old 2gn disks and upgraded his 1gn with them

 

alrgiht, so i will have to keep on the look out for a sec gen rt, or an srt.... and steel everything from a parking lot at the mall or at walmart or something, LOL

 

Putting srt rear disk brakes w/o changing your front brakes would be funny. Since srt rear disk are bigger then sxt front disks. LOL that be funny to see imo.

 

lol, i am going to change my fronts also but i am wanting to look for the rear disk because my car has drum now...... then after i convert all the brakes over then i am going a big brake kit.... one step at a time though......

yeah, looks r nice with disk all the way around... i dont mind the drums, but i am going to have to stop a 400whp neon soon....
