Gas... How Much Do You Pay?
i am getting closer and closer to saying park..... my bike only take leg power and not gas power... to bad i live on a big *** hill, so the ride to work would be easy, the ride home on the other hand would be a pain in the ***[:@]
See thats the problem. Alot of people live far from work or other circumstances where they must drive. Like me I work nights so for me to ride a bike would be flirting with disaster. I dont work in the best of areas and getting there would be just a challenge with all the Sat night drunks and street walkers. Thats crazy pontcheif.
Its up to 3.89 here for regular. Up from 3.61 this morning. 4 dollars is just days away. If it gets too much more rediculous I'll start walking or get my bike and use that to get to work. Its only about 3-4 miles from where I live, so driving my car doesn't take mcuh gas either.
Its rising by the hour it seems in some places. This morning oil was $123 a barrel. I wonder what it will be next week.
im still filling up for under 40 bucks out here in tucson. but wanted to comment on what people were saying about the oil market. in the u.s. and a few other oil producing countries, we in fact have reached the peak of oil deposits. in the middle east, no one is really saying if they have or not but since they are producing such a large amount of oil for so many countries, lets assume they have also. i think the price for gas is gonna come down a few cents before summer and stay stable for a while but usually rises around winter every year anyway. and yes, gas will keep climbing as resources start running low. how many years did us humans actually take to use up half of the earths known oil supply? i dont know but since so many new drivers are appearing every day, how long before its gone? i think im getting a bike too. its tootiring to push my car where i need to go.
it is a joke.... and not a funny one if u ask me... getting sick of going to the gas station and getting it shoved in ur ***... the US better do something fast or people will be seeing another depression soon... because if it gets really bad people will stop driving to the 8.00 an hr job just becasue it will be cheaper to stay home and collect unimplyment...... as it is i have to work 5 hrs just to get enough gas money for a week, i cant wait for it to hit five dollars a gallon....[:@]
Oil is $124 a barrel thats why it shot up 15 cents or more a gallon. Its like $3.70 something here. Im now down a quarter so to the gas station for me!
