YAY an engine pic. It is mucho clean dude. Cleaner than mines. You hould paint the engine cover (that bar thing) and the fuse cover like i did in my post...(trust me, that was not meant like airwolf)...I wouldsay paint them green so it matches the rest of the car or silver to match your valve cover and intake color.

So when you get new springs, can I have your old ones?????
contagious19 is taking his H&R springs out next month to get an air ride, and i wanted them but they are a year old and have 20,000 miles on them...and plus he got them for $300 so he wont let them go to me that easily.

 

mine have a lot of miles on em.. They were on the car when i got it and thats when it had about 58,000 miles now she has almost 89,000... so thats like 31k miles on them just from me... who knows about the girl that owned it before me..... I wouldn't wanna do ya wrong and sell you old springs like that dude, but if I end up getting a whole new setup under there then yea they are all yours for like $50 +shipping... they give about 1.6-1.8 inch drop, before the struts started going the ride was awesome just stay clear of the massive potholes(as with any lowering spring)... You know I thought about painting the injector cover, and I def thought about the fuse cover too, but for the fuse cover I wanted to get the metal one from Injen... hard to find them b/c they apparently stopped making them or something? idk... But im def. not gonna do any more green in the engine bay b/c they don't make the ignition coils & wires in green for our cars... at least not that i've seen. I've pretty much made up my mind that the engine bay is gonna mainly be Silver/Chrome with Red wires, ignition coil, & tubing. I've also been wondering if the upper motor mount can be Polished..... Eventually I'll also end up with a polished r/t intake manifold and Polished 60mm TB once I get that turbo going. It all depending on $ atm thats the only thing that I'm limited by....

 

Very nice. I'm always a sucker for mods, but I'm a bigger sucker for doing things to a car but leaving a nice, clean and sharp look to it. I would say your car has a very crisp look to it... love the hood, the wheels, the exhaust, spoiler looks good with it lowered, etc. Good job so far!

lol yea....... bout that... I was actually gonna take pics of the '03-'05 Bumper awaiting paint in my basement.... I have the '03-'05 Bumper,'03-'05 headlights, the chrome grill trim, the only thing im missing is the honeycomb grille insert....

 

hey izero, nj must be strict on emmissions. Heck here in az i have my reg srt exhaust, just the two resonators and have passed emmissions two years in a row

 

yes thats b/c you have the two resonators... I have a 2.5" pipe from the car right to where the SRT rear section starts... so its not legal... idk about arizona but here in NJ you have to have a Cat, and a Resonator (of some sort be it a glasspack,muffler or w/e) so yea thats why I wont pass an inspection... :-\ totally not cool
