im having trouble cuttin my bumber so i can get it to da shop

 

u cutting it for the 00 style headlights??? the best way to cut the bumper is will a small cut off wheel, take ur time with it though, u dont want to rush it though... or u can make a mess really fast

 

yup... and try not to exceed 10,000 RPM on the dremel if you're using a dremel that is.... b/c if you start cutting and you exceed that speed the cutting wheel literally shatters, hahahaha its funny but hurts if your hand or wrist is in the way... hehehe good luck .... I'm thinking about scrapping my '03-'05 bumper idea and just modfying my current 2001 bumper to fit the '03-'05 headlights..... but I really dont wanna mess it up.... has anyone done it here?

 

i did, but mine is an 02, quiteabit different to get the headlight bucket to fit into it...

u can do that, but just do not let it get away from u.... or u will have some body work to do on that bumper, if u know what i mean...

 

Yeah I haven't been on as much.... saw ur a moderator now... sweet... I haven't even cleaned the car in a few weeks... I just haven't had the motovations to do it.... I even forgot about a few shows that I let pass up.... This whole trying to buy a wakeboard boat is taking my mind away from things again... Keep the car up!!!!! I"m following your progress, and since the whole Airwolf incident, I have cut down on here... I don't want to say someting and **** someone off... you know??? I'm not going to cancel my accnt, but just going to cut down a bit.. that's all .. When I actually get working on my car I'll keep you posted...

 

sounds good nate... i finally am getting my pvo spoiler from airwolf, cant wait to get it on the car and painted up... i will post it when it is done, not sure if i am molding it to the trunk or not yet, but we will see when i have it in my hand.
