A dremel with a narrow grinding bit works really well on our bumpers... check out the pics in my gallery to see evidence (or lack of it) of the dremel... the best example is the rear bumper cutout for the exhaust... did it with one swipe and no after-finishing required... the heat from the bit left a nice smooth edge and also kept the paint from chipping off... actually sealed the paint back onto the bumper along the edge no problems.
dont tell me ur gonna cover up that pretty CF there DT... bc ill drive 5 hours just to smack you in the back of the head if you do... buy my CF hood mold a scoop into it and buy a cf trunk and you will be set.. as well as like 30 to 40lbs lighter thats almost .01 second in the quarter mile i know you want it
