hey guys,
does anyone know what size the door speakers are.both of mine now are blown and they sounds***y so i wouldwantto seewhat size and how deep i can go without hitting the door pannel.try not to post if you dont know.

 

also does anyone know a good brand i should go with.i want 60 % bass and 40 % clarity.i really want a good inside bump but a good sound quality

Im running a total of 6 6 3/4" components in mine. Four up front and two in the rear. You should be able to fit most 6 1/2's no prob but with a little trim you can fit a 6 3/4". Let us know what you get. I would post pics but got pissed off so I gave uo for now.

 

I recamend CVL-6K from cadence.
I dont know if you have an amp, or any kind of head unit, but now would be a good time to install one.

Also spray the inside of the doors with under coating this will help with the bass.

Well Happt Bday N3ON. You'll be 19 right? Look man that site I showed you is a great source to order from. They give you the instructions, brackets, wiring harness, etc. for free. Who cares about bass in the doos when you got subs in the trunk.

 

I have 6 1/2" Component speakers. I bought POLK speakers. I put the tweeter in the dash up top and the crossover thingy under my seats.
