who you think is gonna win?

 

i beat a miata, i gave him 1.5 length to start and still got him

 

Stock specs for these cars:

Miata has 128 hp / Neon has 132 hp
Miata has 110 ft/lbs torque / Neon has 130
Miata curb weight is 2100 lbs / Neon is around 2600
5-spd vs 5-spd
CAI vs CAI
Miata stock exhaust / Neon resonatorremoved, with SRT4 rear section

That being said, assume you have 4 more hp and 20 more ft/lb of torque. But the Miata weighs 500 pounds less... thats a LOT. 20+ favored pounds of torque will work in your favor, but assuming the above specs still ring true for both cars, it would be really hard to overcome that 500-lb weight deficit IMO... dunno. things that I have read, the Miata was designed for, and excels in,.. handling..l i k e on a road course...not known for it's drag race/straight line prowess

 

Sounds just li ke a NA motor Neon lol.
