From your photos - like Iowa said
Def needs a lower control arm assy
You can buy one a t Rock Auto 79.95
I would also put a hub and bearing in it since the wheel took and impact
Then align it - see where you are
Check for possible cradle damage

as for the fender - it is not that bad
and check Car Parts.com for a used wheel

It is not that bad - def not 3k worth of damage

I called my dad today and there is still no estimate....but Bill (the garage co-owner) gave my dad a laundry list of parts........

I need everything from new struts to a new subframe apparently

Double check the strut - unless he is trying to selling you something
Pick up a used cradle
On the Neon - they are weak - where the lower control arm bolts up
If you have more pics that would be helpful - esp with the wheel off

It is going to cost me $200/month when I get my license in a few months, and that is on a 1988 dodge ramcharger that is 2wd....

Sucks about the wreck, hope you get it fixed soon

I may not get it fixed, idk yet, all depends on the estimate I guess. I emailed a guy that lives near me selling a 1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4...I might try to get that if the Neon is gonna cost to much to fix.
