ok went to the drag strip 2night for some reason my car wouldn't re past 5317 rpms , what would cuz this im not trowing any code i changed my plugs with ngk copper plugs but went with a colder plug and stok 7mm wires im really stumped ... i ran 18.9 @69mph last year i ran 17.1 before i installed the mag intake so wtf i haent been able to get in and hae it dyno tuned yet im using the afc neo to open the secondaries at 4900rpms

well my auto 4 speed shifts at 5600-floored and i can get it up to 6000 if im lucky sometimes.but hmm.

 

rev limiter mayb?

 

take the APEXi AFC Neo off and you will be fine. the stock cpu in that car is fighting with it.

yanno, that unit is for v-tec's. do you have one?

ok, i see. yanno it normaly opens at 5000rpm. why the need for 100rpm sooner?

are you using 91 octane as required?

 

if its an auto it wont rev past 5600 rpm no matter what.....

 

Actually my 05 4 speed auto changes out at about 6450rpm with the acc on the floor.
