i used to learn so much form this form back in the day..... But a lot of the mechancialy informed members have left.....

But some members should read a little more into neons looking at stickys and other threads.

Well perhaps you can lead the way by example, but the majority of us are tired of the "airwolf" type stupidity to the point it's difficult to be serious

 

i made this thread to INFORM people that the adapters were being made again, i even said that I didn't know too much about it because it never interested me ENOUGH to do all the research involved. Then this guy comes in calling this thread BS. WTF am i doing lol this thread is old and I did say i was done with it. Almost all of the new members here don't even seem like they are interested at all in the car, they just want to make *** buddies.

Midnight you should delete the posts that are meaningless including mine. I thought people here would like to know but I forgot that this is the "new" dodgeforum and it seems like all there is now is "high school" bloggers in this section, no useful information anymore.

03neonRT, Spikeymikey87, Graphite03, etc, you guys should come in and school these guys.

This thread died a week and a half ago. Now it's alive again. Great.

By the way, there were a few people that contributed some technical information and/or good links to this thread and nothing more... I was one of them.

Graphite is banned (3 or 4 times now). Midnight can't touch the thread, because he is a normal member like you and I are.

I partially agree with you on the rest, but we've been over this before. I would love to see more technical topics myself, but until they get posted up by other members or more people join up that want to dig deep into technical issues like some of us do, there isn't much we can do to solve it until then.

And I have been here since the beginning of '07... generalizing and saying that all the new members "fail" isn't exactly a great way to bring this thread back to life, by someone who was never part of it. If you want to help out with this thread, why don't you post some of that technical information you were referring to?

neon03se posted this for some of us dat are interesting in turboing our neon, dat the adapter plates in order for us to put a srt turbo are bein made again. he used to be on the neon section but he bought an srt so hes been more on the srt section.

 

I know that. I know it's his business to reply to his thread as much as anyone's, but calling out EVERY new member is a bit far, especially since the thread died almost 10 days ago. Like I said, I agree with some of it, but the timing and wording is a bit hostile.

well i am fairly new to df,and started out looking for answers,and now that i know where to come for answers i will continue coming on here, hoping i can give a bit of info to the next guy like me who comes on here,and i also like reading about things that could go wrong with my car,so if it ever happens to me i will know what to expect,i really like df,i think i would probaly be calling the dealer alot if i hadn't stumbled upon df,thanks to the guys who regularly post,who help alot
