i have seen some. all that label is for is to let you know that it passed the cailfornia air resourse board of approval.

Right. Without it, I can't pass smog here in Calif. Correct?

Can you post some names or web links?

if its an aftermarket part that deals with your emissions and it doesent have that label on it, i do not believe it will pass. i could be wrong on that, so dont quote me on it. all i know is that california has gotten very strict on their emissions testing. i know alot of other states are starting to do their own thing just as california has about smog and stuff like that.

I will call them tomorrow. I found online many cars that are for their product, just not the neon.

I also found in my search that the K&N intake is carb exempt.

i have a pacesetter and its c.a.r.b. approved, im in cali also. oh if u get a neon r/t header. its the same as the borla header which would give u better gains, i had a borla header but i had to part with it since i needed money

Good advice! So, the neon rt header will fit my neon? And it's carb approved? Any "special" hook ups? I will weight out the price between the two then!

Thanks!

actually it doesnt have a c.a.r.b number since its a stock header, u should pass smog fine wit no problems i bougth my r/t header for 85 bucks. and no special hookups its a direct bolt on, pacestter is not direct bolt on. if i were u, i would get da r/t header best short tube header for the neon
