it true. i honestly dont see a point for it unless its for hanging a plastic bag to collect trash

It's for hanging those little smelly tree's off of that people usually put on their rearview mirror. Well that's what I use mine for.

I'm pretty sure they'll just tell you that they have no clue...because thats what dealerships are worth.

I figured it's for hanging something off of, but in all reality, why and what? LOL. Curious to know what Dodge says, if anything.

hey!..I just looked and I have one of those!

2 suggestions...

just got an 06 Caravan for the wifee and it has about 6 or 8 of these molded in behind the last row of seats, visible when u open the rear hatch.... the manual says they are "grocery bag hooks"


...or maybe this is how u tell if yer Neon is a male or female!...

well mine has the little thing stickin up so it must be male... N3ON has none, so his must be a female...
