Well I got the PB Blaster and applied it twice and tapped on the part with a hammer. Still no go, I have since applied PB a couple of more times but it won't budge. I saw an article for Loctite Freeze & Release anyone try it? The needle nosed vice grips just don't grab enough, it looks like I will have to remove the intake manifold, any tips?
Once I get the intake off I'll have more leverage but I fear it will snap off instead of unscrew. If it does what would be my best course of action?

Thanks for all the help so far.

I have some of the CRC Freeze stuff but haven't had to use it yet. Have you tried using a larger pair of adjustable pliers to clamp the Vice Grips? Also, the positioning the part you are trying to clamp onto with the Vice Grips can make a large difference in how well they clamp on and work.

if all else fails, when you take that manifold off, you should be able to get a deep well socket on there and get it off that way.
