thanks, clear corners are on my to-do list, can't decide between smoke or clear yet though because i seen some smoke/black ones for sale which i think might look good if i tint my headlights (but you never know untill you actually see it lol... btw, my tires actually rub if i take a full turn too fast, only happened once so i've been careful since then, because of that, and our reconstruction law here in hawaii, i probably wont be dropping it

the next thing i'm doing though is a small performance upgrade, i'm planning on getting cold air intake installed... seems easy enough, but if i have trouble i might have to take it to a shop cuz i'm not very good with cars haha (outside of stereo systems)

I hope you bought them for the 00-02 headlights rather than the 03-05 headlights like the ones in that pic. It won't fit correctly because they are shaped differently.

Did you get the vinyl or the fiberglass ones?

yah i got the ones for the 00, i got the vinyl ones... i had some leftover insta cling tint so i did some quick cutouts to get an idea of what it would look like and actually, i think it would work well as a DIY type eyelids... i think the short style looks good too

well here's some quick pics with the new hood, cars a bit dirty though, and the grill insert was loose and rattling so i took it out for now til i get a new screw for it...

in the pics you can't tell it's carbon fiber, it looks like it was just painted black lol... also on the passenger side above the wheel/headlight area, the hood sticks up a little... weird, need to figure that one out... i didn't notice it but my gf did

Hm, youre right, it does look like a regular painted black hood. But if the sunlight hits it directly, then you can tell that it's carbon fiber.

Where did you get those eyelids? Do they need modifications or do they fit good? Do they impair your light output at night? I'm interested in some because I thought no one out there sold eyelids for the 00-02 projectors. I knew they had some for the stock ones though.

well, here's the link http://www.revolution-motorsports.co...leVinylEyelids BUT, i can honestly say that it was one of the hardest things i did lol... i think because of the bulge on the aftermarket headlights, the stock ones should be easier but i'm not sure if yours has a bulge like mine but i think it does... it took me a really long time because it would crease and air bubble all over... a heat gun should make it easier though... also, for me it doesn't seem to affect the light output at all, i think because it's lined just above the light

Hey man, car looks good. I like your wheel selection. Your car would look sick if it was lowered. Just my opinion, I see that it might not be that easy. Just a thought! I just can't stand the 4x4 look, but at times I wish mine was not lowered. Michigan roads are literally falling apart at the moment.
