Dude it acts the same way. All the cut outs are for is it to have a normal exhaust while cruising but when at the track or messing around you open the cut outs so that it sounds like it has open headers.

I'd never put a hole in my exhaust...wth, just take the flipping cat out and a decent muffler if you want noise. I think the worst thing you can have is ricey exhaust...that sounds like rice to me.

Sorry if I ruined the thread lol.

lol that makes me feel a lot better knowing you thought there was no difference in the way yours sounded at first, thanks... i mainly wanted to make sure i could keep it stock sounding when i wanted to (to avoid tickets and pass inspection)... i'll make sure they install it before the cat
