Default Bumper

looking to install a SRT-4 Bumper to my 2000 Dodge neon. I have had an srt-4 exhaust for so long and now its time to get rid of this faded bumper. does anyone know how hard it is to take the old bumper of and replace it with an srt-4 bumper. has anyone ran into any issues doing the same thing im doing.
