Default I need help finding a muffler

Me and my friend want mufflers, but we don't want ours very loud. We just want the extra hourses with a little bit of noise. Any recommendations? Also since we both have SE's how would you install it if the pipe is pointing downward. Would that be a problem? Appreciate your help.

my friend put a flow on his looks stock cuz the muffler is kinda tucked under the bumber like stock with a lil down turn tip on lil that looks stock, pretty cheap just go tto a muffler shop and ask if they got any used flows you can have.

Okay cool, I thought it came with the tailpipe for some reason. What tailpipe do you recommend? lol So its the muffler that makes noise and gives extra power? I always thought it was just a tailpipe that did that...

Its the entire exhaust system that gives you the HP boost. From the header to the tailpipe.

If you have a non R/T-SRT exhaust you can get a R/T style dual exhaust muffler from Mopar use P# 5278624AI msrp $188.00 and adapter P#82208484 msrp $26.00 or 2.5" down pipe P#5278623AF msrp $170.00 It's a complete bolt on muffler, 2.5" in dual 2.25" out but not a loud as some AM kits, some HP gains. Otherwise I'd go with pacesetter.

the muffler basically gives you sound only... if you were to do a full exhuast that could give you a good amount of hp boost but odds are you won't really notice the difference..

i agree with casper. The Borla system is the way to go. I'm not familiar with the pace setter system but i havent heard much good of it on neonsonline.com
