you could make them... out of vinyl. pick some up from a local sign making store

A sign shop has infinate different colors. If you want to go the paint route, you can get a white or black vinyl and paint it with yinyl paint.

U can also get the window banners that go across your top window. and cut it out. that they cell at pep boys. it just peels off. its not a sticker though.
