Alright, thank you again. I'm just waiting for the sealant to dry before I pull out the garden hose.

Step #6 of the instructions I said to look at:
6. Locate the large vertical and horizontal sealer beads near the right outboard cowl grille screen mounting screw attaching point (Fig. 1). The sealer beads are at the junction of the A-pillar, cowl plenum upper and cowl side panel. Apply Mopar Silicone Windshield & Glass Sealer, p/n 04467708, to the outer edge of all existing sealer beads.

Sorry to bump an old topic, but same issue. I've tried to seal it as many have suggested, with no success. Mine only occurs when I have take air in from outside. If I choose to recirculate the cabin air, then it's fine. Wouldn't be much of a problem if my windshield didn't fog up whenever it rains, which means I must take in air from outside.

Rustproof mentioned cleaning out the airbox. Is that referring to this part? (Was a little confused since he mentioned taking out the blower motor, which to me, doesn't seem related to that airbox.) If so, mine looks fine, not clogged. Any other ideas as to where it could be?

Not that part, no. There seems to be some other kind of box under the dash that he is referring to.

I looked under the dash (on the passenger side), and to me it looked like only the blower motor easily came out. I didn't take out the glove box because I wasn't sure how, and it didn't seem necessary in order to access the blower motor. Any idea on how to remove it?

Also, I just want to double check that this is the air intake for the cabin in an 05.

Never done it, but usually you remove any screws and then squeeze the sides. And yes to your question.

Wink water leak in front passenger side

Its your ac drain pipe which is on the wall of your engine it will be blocked .
causing the ac unit to fill with water and run into your passenger well its about four inches long just pulls off, clean it out it will be full of mud and clean also water should run out when you pull it off the car when cleaned it simply pushes back in the hole your car should be dry in a few days for good.
