Yes the cluster is a direct swap from what I hear. I don't know why it wouldn't be.

Only problem I see with it is the mileage isn't going to be correct. I don't believe there is any way to get it changed. I'm not even sure the dealer can reflash your correct mileage on there.

If you buy the cluster from the dealer they will install it and flash the correct milage, other than that you have to report it as not corrct and it will drop the value of the car at sale time.

They will install just fine, but your speedometer will be way off. The SRT-4 speedometer goes up to 160 MPH and the SXT only goes up to 120 MPH, I believe. This will cause your speedometer to be off, it will show you going faster than you actually are, it will read 80 MPH when your actually going 60 MPH. All the other gauges should read right though.

Really? I don't see how that would have any affect on it at all. The SXT is limited to 120 but I don't see why the speedometer would be out of whack.

The voltage is gonna be different. At such and such a voltage the sxt is gonna be at 50, srt is gonna be at 60. you might be able to chang the speed sensor and have it work.

I've read about people over on neons.org that have swapped them in there and they read just fine.
