Got a question. On my Neon SXT the front windows are power, but the rear are hand crank. Mt son thinks this is a custom application, but it looks factory to me. Anyone know about this?

Arent all neons like that? Mine is like that as well.

 

all second gen neons came this way from the factory.

 

My son's was a base model and it had power windows so they couldn't have ALL been like this but i've seen another like this today was also an SXT so maybe standard was half n half and all power was an option? Or maybe SXT only?

 

Dodge had two options, full crank like mine. Then the power window option is just for the front. The SRT-4's are setup like that as well. There was never a full 4 power window option from dodge.
