i believe, theres those two screws you mentioned... plus two screws behind the center air vents. and possily two under the deroster vents.... could be more, but i think theres some where i mentioned

Yeah, after just putting in a head unit, you'd think I'd remember the ones in the air vents...thanks! Now if they would just get the wide angle blues back in.

Anyone know which of those are direct replacements for the front turn signals and side markers on a 2000?

You don't need to take the ones in center air vent out. There is a screw on each side of the dash, open car door and you'll see it. Then there is two screws in the center defroster vent up by the windshield. Take your A-Pillars off, they just pull off. Then just pull up on the dash, it just pops up. Then you need to pull the trim piece that is on the bottom part of the cluster, again it just pops off. Pull back towards you. Then there should be 4 screws in the cluster itself. Then the cluster just pops off, grab ahold of the top part of it and just pull towards you gently and it will pop off. Thats it really.
