brake time!

Default brake time!

its finally time for me to change my rear brakes and was wondering if there is a certain brand i should buy or anything else i should replace while im at it? let me know doing it later today

If the car has higher mileage and a hardware kit isn't too expensive, I'd go for new hardware. Other than that, just make sure you lube the touch pads on the back housing. (Where the shoes rub against; can't remember the exact name for them.)

EDIT: Guess it's too late, looking at when it was posted. Anyways...

nah not to late cause of the fact that i took it to my uncles and we took the front and rear tires off and the brakes and shoes were fine, so nothing needed replacing though i will say that after today i would rather have rear disc brakes than drums, cause those drums are a pain to take off
