I would think that you can drill it, as everyone else has said. Just use the high speed drill.

 

well i did drill on the inside to put the headshield in with a high speed drill. It was mostly threw the fiberglass but i did drill threw one carbon fiber piece under it. If it went threw that piece easy im guessin it will go threw easy on the outside.

 

I would think so, use easy presure and you should be fine.

 

I put the pins on and it was fairy easy. Thanks for the advise guys...
