Does any one know which way the vent shades are supposed to be put on on the back windows of a 05 Neon?

I got the ones that fit but what I want to know is does the tappered end go toward the front of the car or the back?

I would immagine the back. fit it up without sticking it on and see what looks better. But I would think if you put the tapered part to the front you would get water in if its raining.
