Rear drum to disc swap
Aside from the obvious of the disc brakes themselves, what else do I need to swap from my rear drums to discs? And I'll stick with just that question for now (eventually I'll be converting my SE into an RT), and ask more later when I get to those points.
all rear disk setups are the same... and u do NOT need the rear knuckle, trust me i have learned this the hardway... u will prolly have to buy the rear assembley, but save ur self time and money by simply switching out the backing plates, calipers, and rotors, along with parking brake hardware with ur current drum setup.... the remove and u do not have to worry about breaking any hardware on the car (long *** rear lateral bar bolt is the most common and the one i broke)
there are four bolts that mount the knuckle to the backing plates/caliper bracket. u have to remove the large spindle nut from the bearing, pull the bearing off, then pull the four 15mm bolts out of the back of the backing plate... slide everyhing off and install the rear disk hardware... run ur cables, adjust ur cables and bleed the brakes and ur set

I've run into another question on this swap as I've been purchasing the parts. Will I need the rear spindles, or do the ones for the drums work?

No. You do not need them. Reason being they are the same for every 4cyl dodge. From oni, daytona, spirit, shadow, neon (1G and 2G) use the same rear knuckle. As dtjackten explained, the rear disc backing plate, or rear drum backing plate bolts to the knuckle with four bolts.
