Exclamation Transmission Problem?

Recently, when I park my 2001 Neon R/T (Manual) on a slight incline the car will roll backwards. This doesn't happen all the time, just once every couple of months. When It rolls it doesn't roll full speed, it will move a few inches then stop, then move a few more inches then stop and so on until I move it off of the incline. I tried to put the car into every gear to see if it would help, maybe just a problem with one of the gears, but it doesn't help. I don't have any other problems with shifting in or out of gears. I also have no parking brake. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance..

You need to have a park brake. Have the brakes ck and adjust. Also with the drums off, ck the cables. Make sure they are not frozen. The reason the car rolls, Since you stated you have a manual trans. You are having a manual trans gear to act like you have a automatic, it doesn't work.
