Default Replacement complete headlight assemblies info needed.

I bought an 2002 neon with both headlight adjuster are broke. So I have to replace both assemblies, in order to get my headlight back into alignment. I know they are miss adjusted, but what I am seeing in the OE performance is not that great. Is there a better performaning replacement assembly out on the aftermarket? I know HID would most likely the best, but it is a striped down model no power anything. So I think HID would be a little much for the car. Any help would be great!

are we talking about brightness of beams? I just got sylvania silverstars and they do what they claim, for me anyways.

Bad beam alignment can cause many woes. I can relate as I've had two cars with beams out of alignment. The housings, unless they are broken or oxidized over, are almost never the problem.

Black housings with some super whites or hyper while bulbs in them would work nicely. Sometimes hids can overdo it.

Ebay has some nice hids kits that are somewhat reasonable.
