Mystery Issue - 2004 Neon
I am not sure if anyone has had this issue...I am thinking it might be an electrical problem or perhaps a fuse issue. And after bringing it in to a Chrysler dealership several times and being told there is no problem with my car I am frustrated.
(I am also not sure if all of these issues are related)
1. Sometimes when I go to turn on my car - regardless of weather conditions it will click and the lights will go on....but the car wont start. If I wait a few minutes than try it again it works like a charm. This problem can happen at any time of day....and than it will disappear for weeks.
2. Various lights etc will pop on randomly....check oil pressure....emergency break.....fog lights.....and there is a buzzing sound almost like a bee being stuck in a window that pops on when it is hot out. If I pull down slightly on the indicator (signal light stick) than the sound stops and the lights will disappear.
The dealership has told me that the battery...starter..fuses......basically everything is functioning at 100%......
Can anyone help????

#1 sounds like it might be some sort of a starter relay/ignition switch problem?
#2 could be sensors going out for some of them (the oil pressure one is actually pretty common), and/or a problem with your MFS (multi-function switch); especially if a buzzing goes away when you mess with it.
