I want black housings for my Patriot Blue Neon. Depends if you are going silver/chrome with the car, or black, IMO. I'm going the second route so I want the black ones. All housings should have the adjusters on them.

Well the plan is to leave it 98 percent stock. I am really only changing the headlights cuz they are absolutely useless now. So I went with black for it. Maybe take the trim on the doors off if that's possible... But who knows. Its the daily driver. So don't wanna do too much to it. More I do the more that can go wrong, ha ha

yes, the housing has the adjusters made on the light. although, they are a pain to get to once installed. I'll post a pic later of the adjusters.

black housing headlights look awesome on any color and alot take off the side moldings but I love the side moldings so my sxts probably the only one with the moldings still on.

Here is a pic of the adjuster on the driver side. It is a pain to get to once the lights are in.

alright sounds good. thanks for the info. the only thing im curious about is.... this side molding.... what is it.... the black plastic around the headlight itself? cuz i would like to keep that on there if it is.... i feel like it makes it works as a liason between the paint and the headlight. makes it blend a little bit nicer this way.

ohhh, you mean the moldings on the door. ha ha i thought you were talking about something on the headlight. my bad... yeah i dunno yet. around where i live... it seems to be older folks that drive the second generation neons(nothing wrong with that imo) but i dunno i havent actually seen any without the moldings on. young kids try to take the 1st gen's and do them up.... but every 1st gen i've seen looks rice-tastic. ha ha i most likely will leave em on i dont mind them.. as you can see in my signiture they're silver though... might scrape the silver off down the the patriot blue underneath
