-I guess Hemi is saying to avoid regular Krylon and the like. But paint labeled for engines or calipers 'should' be resistant to brake fluid and other chemicals.

Yeah never use just spray paint you have to use caliper paint but cheaper than the kits or high engine paint or if you can find paint that matches your neon in pints cheap than go for it.
