2nd gen Neon race car wiring for ignition/starting
Ok, here I go...another new guy asking similar questions to what have already been asked. he,he ...sorry guys!
I have a 1st gen neon race car which I'm bringing a 2nd gen engine to. I removed the entire wire harness from the donar car to swap it over. I have brought over the 'entire' electrical system including pcm, pdc, etc. but not the fuse box from in the passenger cabin. I now need to figure out the start/run wires. I won't be using the keyed ignition, I'm using a push button style stock car ignition switch. With all of that said, my question is this;
can anyone tell me which wire(s) is energized (supplied with 12 volts) when the key is turned to the 'run' position? or in other words, which wire brings power to the pcm when in the run position.
I've went searching for wiring diagrams using links posted by other members here but found no diagrams that included what I need and for free. Don't wanna pay for what might not even include what I need. I have the Haynes manual but it doesn't show what wire is connected to the 'run' position on the ignition at the steering column...shows the run position in the diagram but no wire connected to it??
note: thanks for great posts and great information...I've applied some thngs I've picked up here to my stock car with success.
Thanks for any help.

I'll probably have the car at Peterborough Speedway and Kawartha early in the year. I'd like to make it there 3 or 4 times this year. Definitely will be there at the end of the season on Thanksgiving Weekend for Autumn Colors. If you're not familiar with it, its an all weekend thing (Friday through Sunday).
Its always cool to have an extra fan or two in the stands rootin' for me when I'm an outta towner!
I'll let you know my plans, thanks again!
