Not to be a raging dick, but my RX7 sits an inch and a half off the ground, and I can drive it just find without scraping on **** here in Nebraska, on these crappy roads. I can't think of too many places that have ****tier roads. Get some lowering springs, and a set of wheels, that fit the wheel well. I for one am completely against body kits, I think they look stupid, and most make neons look like complete and utter ****. (no offense body kit owners)

 

Well we all have our ops and some bodykits flow nicely on neons like the mopar lip kit and its the least expensive. I would just do what you want and whatever kit you like you can make it not bottomout with being really careful.
