You cant give up on your neon mopar your just having normal problems not major problems like some older neons. I have over 200,000 on mine and never getting rid of it for any ride. Going to even put a srt turbo in her soon with that many miles I keep her up only way to keep her alive or any vehicle alive actually .

Thanks SXT. I do plan on running this thing into the ground, i guess I just had to vent my frustrations haha.

Plus my transmission and engine still run good other than a random misfire but that doesn't really bother me as much.

Haha they are and I like them but I must have gotten the lemon. I just uncovered a coolant leak and power steering leak as well. Also I have to replace my brakes but that's no surprise and replace plugs again since that's what's causing my misfire judging by the carbon tracking.

But I'm cool with it because someone actually called my car cool today hahaha.

Also my motor mounts are no bueno but that's no big deal. I guess I'm just kind of a nit picker when it comes to my cars.

Nit picking is far from a bad thing in my opinion ... mines black and dang near every day I'm out there washing her down .... i'm always going over her to make sure everything is running right. This way I have no worries when I'm out and about. I'm not the one who's going to be on the side of the road broke down!!!

I think I'm going to get one once I get out of school and just keep the other Neon too.
