did you figure this out yet? I am having the same issue with my 00 neon. it stalled one day then wouldn't crank, after messing with some wires and trying to jump the solenoid it somehow began starting but gave me 5 codes I believed to be caused by pcm 5v output. repolaced the pcm but had battery light on. went to local part store for charging sys test, they said it was fine even though at idle it was reading 13.05v. also it started stalling then would crank but no restart, acting like clogged fuel filter, would restart after couple minutes. brought it home tested fuel pressure read 46psi then it stalled again but this time it is not cranking at all, as if park/neutral switch is b ad. also I tried scanning for codes but get link error. no signal through the sci receive wire. could this be caused by the p/n switch?
