Thumbs down Omg! Help please

I have a 2004 neon.. first my multi function switch started melting into the wires and smoking so that was replaced (new MFS & wires) since then my turn signals and hazard lights WILL NOT WORK!! we've tried everything 3 different signal relays, all the fuses? we're totally lost?? Just the other day my break lights stopped working! so my husband found the fuse was blown in the fuse box by the battery!! after that got changed i tried starting my car and NOTHING. no sound, no nothing at all!!! my lights come on and radio everything still works electronic wise.. we tried jump starting it and still not the slightest sound when we tried starting it.... this car is a mess.... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!

Has the car ever been in a flood or an accident?

hmm buzzing sound is most likly electrical i have had my starter on my chevy jam up on me and make a buzzing noise when i tried turning it over, but not saying that is your problem, well your next move is to get a Electric Multi Meter and start testing wires and see if your getting power to your starter, maybe take of the collum cover of the steering wheel and test the wires comming off of the ignition.

you can try to find a mobile mechanic to come to your house and diagnose the problem.

sounds like a nightmare , maybe check into the ASD relay , that relay controls the coil , starter , fuel pump. its possible that all those wires melting could have caused a major issue at the fuse box so please check and or replace that relay first , many times you can swap another like relay in its place to check such as the horn relay.
