Default 05 neon fog light replacement

hello all, im just curious if anyone knows the quickest way to replace the fog lights on the 05 neons, because up north in canada they are also the daytime running lights and in order for it to pass safety i need to replace the bulbs and the book says its an 899 bulb. if annyone can verify that and let me know the quickest way it'd be much appreciated!

Here's from a site that sells bulbs:
880 = 884, 885, 892, 893, 899 have same base PG13, different wattage. These are single filament bulbs and use as foglight bulbs.
The easiest way to verify is to pull the old bulb that you have to replace anyways and look at the number.

alright but what is the easiest way to get the foglight out.... pull the splash guard back and use a ratchet and undo the bolts? or does anyone know of a faster/easier way?

Should be able to remove splash guard and twist bulb out, kinda like the headlights do.
