Default 03 neon wont start

Ok so I replace my cam shaft sensor and neutral safety switch (auto) in my car got it together ran and shifted fine. I seen on of the vacuum line had come loose. So I turned the car off and connected the vacuum line. Now it won't start. Any ideas why? Also the shifter is really stiff.

Is any of the wiring to the neutral safety switch bad?

Here's the 2000 2.0L starting circuit, should be same, I will dig out my later model disc later and see if it differs but it shouldn't.

I didn't see any exposed wires or cuts in the wire. And also the shifter is really stiff and will only start in neutral and not drive.

41te trans? that's a big job to change PRNDL switch. which would explain the stiff shifter.
