Default Climbing Idle after spark plug change?

So basically i had a fouled spark plug which was causing my car to not run.. Changed all 4 spark plugs and now my car will run but the idle starts out high and the RPM seems to continually climb higher and higher as it idles. Engine sounds normal so i dont know what happened, suggestions?

Did you change anything else? Bump anything, remove anything?

Well i looked around the engine bay again this morning and apparently somehow my crankcase ventilation tube got broken - Could that be the cause of it?

Can't remember if that'd be a vacuum leak or not. If you plug it with your finger, is there suction?

A vacuum leak would cause what you are describing.
