Really? Googling "Dodge Neon Fuel Pressure" doesn't bring up anything? The answer to your question, anyways, is around 55PSI.

Thank you. That does help. And honestly, no, i could not find anything by googling that. Not for the 2nd gen anyway. I will try and replace my fpr and see if that works. Thanks again

Ok, so I replaced my fpr and the fuel pressure is now within spec with koeo. But when its at idle, the fuel pressure gauge flutters very fast from 50-70 psi. It still floods it self out every morning. I can't figure it out for the life of me. If I don't figure it out soon, it will go to the salvage yard. thanks.

Don't know if this comes too late, but the fuel pressure S/B 47-51 lbs based on a post in another forum (google search result).
